We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

2. Free Shipping

  • Available on orders over $50 AUD
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties, which vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. All other products (shapewear and t-shirts) are eligible for returns and exchanges.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:
