Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. All other products (shapewear and t-shirts) are eligible for returns and exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the email template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, include your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return to:

  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases where we sent the wrong item)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return

International Returns

For customers outside Australia:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
